  • Orders can be placed through our website only.
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) | Pre-Order Payment across Pakistan and may offer other payment methods from time to time.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver all across Pakistan.
  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier-related issues.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible, the product must be unused and in original packaging.
